Perfectly equipped to accommodate up to 6 people, it offers all the comfort necessary for a pleasant stay with family or friends. You will appreciate its veranda and balcony with a superb unobstructed view of the golf courses. Just 5 km away, the beaches, port, shops and Bénodet Casino await you to make the most of the seaside resort. Your stay will also be an opportunity to discover the magnificent Glénan Islands, accessible by boat from Bénodet.



Pass through the front door and discover a beautiful, bright living space with access to the balcony. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher) and provides everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, you will find a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee machine. Share your meals around the dining table for 6 people and enjoy the lounge to relax, comfortably settled on the sofa facing the television.



The accommodation has three bedrooms. In the entrance area, two of them have access to a shared veranda: the first is equipped with a double bed (140x190 cm) and the second with two single beds (80x190 cm). Further on, the third bedroom also includes two single beds (80x190 cm) and offers access to the balcony. It should be noted that the single beds can be pushed together to form three bedrooms with double beds.



You will also benefit from two bathrooms: one with shower and toilet, the other with bathtub. A second independent toilet completes the set for added comfort.



A private outdoor parking space is also at your disposal.
