Villa Katarina is located in the small town of Tinj. Tinj is located in Benkovac County and is near Biograd and Benkovac. Benkovac is a town in Dalmatia, about 30 kilometers from Zadar. It has a good traffic connection because it is located at the intersection between the road that leads from Zadar to Knin and the road that leads from Lika to the sea. Biograd na moru is another one of the most popular holiday destinations in Croatia, and it is also very popular as a sailing destination - this is the most indented part of the Croatian coast, so it is ideal for those who explore the sea. It is also the perfect place from which to visit Croatia's numerous national and nature parks.

Villa Katarina, 370 m2 in size, has 4 bedrooms, 4 private bathrooms and a surrounding garden of 1020 m2 with a large private swimming pool with deckchairs, terrace with garden furniture, summer kitchen and a children's playground with a trampoline and table tennis.
