The fantastic stone house is located in the green surroundings of an eco-village on a fenced plot and consists of two houses. The property has been given a rejuvenation and so it shines from the inside and outside in well-kept splendor. The living area of this beautiful vacation home consists of an eat-in kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a private pool on the property, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding area. Within the ecovillage towards the spacious fields there is a large arbor, which is used communally. The nearest town is Biodgrad, known for its two marinas. Also worth seeing is the old town of Zadar and the nature park on Lake Vrana.
