Sehr zuvorkommende Vermieterin.

Sehr zuvorkommende Vermieterin. Fragen wurden immer beantwortet. Auf Nachfrage ob man noch einen Sonnenschirm haben könnte, wurde sofort reagiert. Vermieterin besorgte einen. Pool ist wunderbar und sauber. Wohnraum ist im ersten Stock, was nicht schlimm ist und dieser ist mit Liebe ausgestattet und genügend Platz für alle. Bei unserer Ankunft stand frisches Obst, eine Flasche Wein und was Süßes zur Begrüßung auf dem Tisch. Der unterer Bereich wird nicht genutzt und somit ist man ganz alleine im Haus und auf dem Grundstück. Genügend Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück vorhanden. Räumlichkeiten alle super und alles vorhanden was man benötigt (Geschirr, Messer, Töpfe, Pfannen, Backofen, Wasserkocher usw. ). Einfach perfekt wenn man alleine sein möchte ohne großen Trubel. Biograd n.M. ist mit Auto sehr gut zu erreichen und ein wunderbares kleines Städtchen welches am Abend so richtig erwacht. Das Wasser am Meer ist wunderbar sauber und glas klar. Leider kein Sandstrand aber das stört nicht, da man Schatten finden kann unter den Pinien. Also rund um sehr zufrieden und sehr zu empfehlen. 😉

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad.

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Het huis ziet er goed uit. De woonkamer en beide slaapkamers hebben airco. 2 hele mooie badkamers. Alles was keurig schoon bij aankomst. Er lag zelfs een fruit en water voor ons klaar. Er wordt maar 1 appartement verhuurd dus het zwembad is echt een privé zwembad. Lekkere stoelen in de tuin om te luieren. Boven is ook nog een terras. Het was fantastisch. Je hebt wel een auto nodig om wat te gaan doen want in het dorpje zelf is niets te beleven. Maar wel een kleine supermarkt voor brood.

Sehr schöne saubere Unterkunft. Vermieterin spricht sehr gutes Englisch und hilft in jeder Hinsucht. Check in und Check out gemütlich über WhatsApp möglich, da wir sehr früh abgereist sind. Komplett eingezäuntes Haus gerade für unseren beiden Hunde hervorragend. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und alles komplett frisch renoviert. Ich würde diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wunderbarer Urlaub, es handelt sich allerdings um kein Ferienhaus, sondern eine Ferienwohnung im oberen Stock des Hauses. Unten wohnt aber niemand. 2 sehr gute eingerichtete Schlafzimmer mit Klima Anlage, sehr moderne Ausstattung. Wir würden es wieder buchen :)
