LAYOUT: Situated in the nice landscapes of Cumbre del Sol, this villa is ideal for a relaxing family or small group of friends holiday. By booking this villa, your stay will be a mix of comfort, convenience, and recreation in the stunning Costa Blanca. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by a welcoming ambiance that immediately feels like home. The interior spaces are elegantly appointed, with ample room for every member of the family to relax and unwind. A spacious living area provides the perfect gathering spot, complete with sofas and a television set. Integrated with this inviting living space is a fully-equipped kitchen, offering the all needed domestic appliances. Furthermore we can enjoy a spacious terrace area, with views over the Mediterranean Sea and the residential area. The villa offers a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Furthermore it disposes of a parking space in front of the villa, another terrace downstairs around the pool, a nice and well kept garden area, and an external shower. There is even the possibility of using a larger sized community pool, very close by the villa.

EXTERIOR: Entering the villa, we have the possibility to walk around the property, descending directly to the pool area. There we have plenty of sun loungers and a cozy chill out corner to have a fresh cocktail whilst watching our loved ones in the pool.There is enough shade for those who doesn't want to be a full day in the sun. As well we have a Barbacue set to organize great family dinners.

SITUATION: VILLA CAMILO is located in the residential area of Pueblo Del Mar Fase 3, a quiet residential area with all amenities a car drive distance away. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars and shops are nearby, as well as the pittoresque village of Moraira and the harbor of Portet. Most of the homes in Pueblo del Mar are facing south and southeast which guarantees many sun hours per day. Due to its ideal location with great views, situated in a quiet area with plenty of sunshine, VILLA CAMILO is the perfect place for an amazing family vacation in the best climate of the Costa Blanca.
