Villa 6 pers. with pool and spectacular sea views, close to shops

Located in a quiet area, this pretty villa is built on a large enclosed plot of 10 ares with spectacular sea views and close to the shops. The plot contains many terraces, a Mediterranean garden and a 4mx8m swimming pool with Roman stairs with private parking for 2-3 cars. The solarium located on the roof and accessible by an external staircase allows you to see the whole Cumbre del Sol as well as the Mediterranean in a breathtaking panoramic view. Outside the summer season, the swimming pool can be heated.
You can enter the house either from the front of the villa via the stylishly furnished living room, or from the back via the very "cozy" dining room. This is connected to a fully equipped open kitchen. The sea and the garden are visible from all the living rooms.
The villa has 3 bedrooms (two bedrooms with double bed, one bedroom with 2 twin beds), One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite shower room with WC. The other bathroom has a bathtub and WC.
All rooms have individual air conditioning and radiators.
The utility room with washing machine and separate sink is accessible from the garden where there is a large fixed clothes line and a mobile clothes line.
The villa is accessible for people with reduced mobility on the entrance side of cars because the terraces leading to the villa entrance are flat. The garden contains few slopes: The garden is bordered by exotic and fruit trees (mandarin, lemon, fig, ...), and multiple terraces with 6 sun loungers available.
The 2 umbrellas and some trees allow meals to be taken on different terraces in the shade, if desired. The main terrace has a built-in barbecue.
Golfers and tennis players will be delighted (there are tennis and paddle tracks 2min by car and the golf club is less than 5 km away). Riders will have an equestrian center 30 seconds away by car for horse riding lessons and beautiful horse rides in the Granadella Nature Reserve which begins in front of the center.
A large number of reading books in English and French as well as games for children are also available to tenants.
A 2-minute walk away is a large supermarket as well as various other shops (newsstand and beach equipment, hairdresser, pharmacy,… and 2 restaurants, one with lounge bar and large public swimming pool). The villa has a WIFI internet connection and ASTRA satellite TV (all languages) with DVD.
All basic baby equipment can be made available free of charge on request (1 cot, 1 high chair, changing mat, bath chair).
Are provided by the owner (at the price of 10 € / person):
- all household linen
- bath towels (1 large and an average per person) and bath rugs
- 1 large beach towel per person
Small dogs are allowed.
Outside of July-August: possibility of negotiating rates for reduced or long-term occupancy (1 month minimum).
