In the area are all amenities (supermarket at 800 m, cozy bars and restaurants, beautiful walks by the sea and in the mountains, cycling, tennis & padel in close surroundings etc) With an area of 90 m2, consisting of 2 large bedrooms, bathroom with spacious shower, living and dining room with nicely furnished kitchen, and both a covered and non-covered terrace of 18 m2, where one can enjoy a beautiful view and lots of sun (facing south). This beautiful apartment is part of a luxury residence and has exceptional accommodation such as a large communal swimming pool with bar in July and August and a heated indoor swimming pool and fitness room with massage and sauna.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets.
