With a living area of 125 m², the villa impresses with its modern amenities and the stunning view of the sea and the surrounding mountains. The spacious 1000 m² garden and the furnished terrace invite you to linger outdoors. Here you will also find an inviting outdoor kitchen with a barbecue area, ideal for cosy grilling evenings. A private pool offers refreshment on warm summer days, and a parking space on the fenced property is available for your vehicle.



The interior also leaves nothing to be desired: The villa is equipped with a washing machine, a fireplace, air conditioning in the living room and in some bedrooms, as well as electric heating, ensuring comfortable temperatures in every season. An internet connection (WiFi), a TV and a DVD player provide entertainment. For even more comfort, the bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets and air conditioning.
