La Casa tal cuál es en el anuncio. Habíamos visto reseñas anteriores sobre tema fianza, comentaban que no devolvía. No lo terminábamos de creer. Estuvimos una semana alojados. Estando bañándonos en la piscina, mi hija de 9 años apoyándose en el bordillo lo rompio porque estaba previamente agrietado (tenemos fotos de situación anterior). Además hay varios en este estado alrededor de la piscina, fisurados, muy fisurados pegados con pegamento y otros arreglados. La dueña nos ha cobrado 120€ por el arreglo de esa pieza. Hablando con ella me dice que no le cubría el seguro, cosa que me extraña….. Ya le comente que es un riesgo tener en ese estado los bordillos, mi hija de nueve años podría a ver tropezado y golpearse la cabeza a causa de esa fisura y mal mantenimiento de los bordes. Una niña de 9 años no tiene tanta fuerza para romper un trozo de piedra si previamente no está fisurada y en mal estado. Por eso para futuros inquilinos de la casa, mirar bien el borde de la piscina y sacar fotos si es preciso y decirle antes que nada como está. Que no os engañe como a nosotros.

Super Villa in bester Lage!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem sehr schönen Haus. Das Haus ist mit gehobener Ausstattung und hat einen schönen Pool. Alles war top und sehr gepflegt. Alle Klimaanlagen funktionierten. In der fußläufigen Umgebung gab es Supermärkte und viele Restaurants. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Alojamiento en estupendo

La casa está perfecta para pasar unos días en familia en la playa. La piscina da mucho juego con los niños. Muy cerca de supermercados, restaurantes, etc En resumen, de 10!!!
