Villa La Mar (Benissa) is a wonderfull villa with sea views and a unique and special location, just a 3-minute walk from La Fustera sandy beach, several fantastic restaurants and a supermarket. One of the double bedrooms has sea views. This floor also has large wardrobes in each bedroom and a desk for working if necessary.
You will also enjoy another excellent lounge with a large sofa and a spacious, modern kitchen with direct access to the wonderful barbecue area and swimming pool.

LOCATION:

Thanks to its excellent location, a car is not necessary if you do not wish to go on excursions in the area. La Fustera beach is only 220 metres away, with private and exclusive pedestrian access. In addition, from La Fustera beach, we recommend the ecological trail with its beautiful sea views, which allows you to reach the coves of Pinets and Bassetes in a pleasant walk of about 400 metres.
