The main kitchen comes with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower/WC on the main level. On the lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, you'll find another living/dining room with satellite TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, as well as an exit to the terrace. This level also has a bedroom with a french bed (1 x 180 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating, along with a small, open kitchen equipped with four hot plates, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a shower/WC.
