It has a lift, terrace, iron, safe (for rent), electric radiator heating, communal swimming pool, outdoor parking in the same building (communal parking, without guaranteed parking space), TV (for rent), Wifi (for rent).

Clients are responsible for damages or disturbances caused both in the apartment, common areas, and to third parties. Animals must be dewormed and up to date with vaccinations and civil liability insurance.
