The apartment has 54 m2 built distributed in 1 double bedroom, living-dining room, open-plan kitchen, spacious terrace and 1 full bathroom.



Poniente Beach is fine sand that stretches along 3,100 metres whilst the sand area has more than 100 metres of average width. It spans from the Port to the city limits, which is known as Cala de Benidorm.



This beach generally receives far fewer visits than Levante beach. The type of public is more of national origin.



The seafront promenade of Playa de Poniente has recently been restored and has received the award for Best New Global Design from the Chicago Museum of Architecture and Design. This new architecture is based on the waves of the sea, and features vibrant colours that give it harmony and a touch of modernity.



From this new promenade began the stage that took place in Benidorm of the 2011 Vuelta a España cycling tour. Along it we can find families, elderly people, skateboarders… it is highly recommended for spending the afternoon and taking a walk.



Unlike the one in Levante, the seafront promenade does not extend to the end of the beach. When this promenade ends, a much less visited part of the beach begins than the previous one. That is why this area is preferred by Benidorm residents, since it is more secluded.



Nevertheless, Poniente Beach has a bus line that runs through it periodically, to facilitate access to it.



On Poniente Beach there are two important enclaves: the port of Benidorm and the famous Elche Park.
