As you enter the apartment you will have the nice surprise of having a direct glimpse of the Mediterranean Sea and the Levante Beach. The bright living room greets you with two distinct areas connected to an open-plan kitchen. The living area has a comfortable sofa placed in front of a flat-screen TV. From here you may exit to the terrace and to the Mediterranean breeze. The dining area has a table that can sit four guests on comfortable chairs. The open-plan kitchen has all the modern appliances necessary for a comfortable stay: microwave oven, toaster, water kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator, and freezer. The apartment has three bedrooms. In the master bedroom, you have one double bed, nightstands with lamps, an air conditioner and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has two single beds (1.90mx0.90m), a nightstand with a lamp and a ceiling fan. The third bedroom has two single beds(1.90mx0.90m), a nightstand with a lamp and a ceiling fan. Apartment was spotlessly clean and well maintained.
