Great 5 day stay. Excellent location, 2 mins walk to the strip, 10 mins to the old town. staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was large and we had a balcony would have preferred a walk in shower but not a problem. Food was good but I have had more choice at other 4 star Hotels. Having said I would definitely would stay again. Thank you

The location is good as it’s between the old town and ‘the strip’. The room size was ok for our uses, but unfortunately the gym, which was one of the reasons for selecting the hotel, was well below our expectations with lack of working machines and when reported to the staff they didn’t care or resolve. Although away from the main noisy area, we were kept awake until 2:30am each night with the loud music bouncing around the buildings outside. I’ve also never had to put down a deposit for a towel to use by the pool or to use an iron before.

Spacious room, nothing fancy but clean, had everything we needed, clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was decent, good selection of food on offer, staff at front desk helpful and friendly. The hotel was minutes walk from the beach and main bar areas, but far enough away to be quiet when you want/need it.

Hotel very clean. The female reception staff were very uninformative, they didnt tell us anything, we had to keep asking, however the male reception staff were excellent. Yhe food was ok nothing special for a 4 star hotel. They even charge you for a key to usethe safe. Would i stay again, not sure.

Had an amazing experience from arrival. Reception staff were amazing and super friendly and professional. The hotel is in a fabulous location, close to both the old town and the strip. Also short walk to the beach. Pool area also amazing and personally no hassle with sunbeds (although usual type of typical brits putting towels out then disappearing for hours).

The staff were amazingly helpfull. Sent wine to my room once they knew it was my. My birthday Only downside was my daughter and family were in room 1214 and the cleaner left them a note to say see had swept thru but couldn't make the beds as she had left a makeup bag towel and something else on the bed. It was not makeup all week.

Overall the hotel is good with good facilities, staff and clean. Only disappointment was the room air conditioning was poor (asked them to repair twice but made no difference) and the pillows were too soft for me so made for a poor nights sleep.
