Villa Pomera is located in Beniarbeig, Dénia area. It is located in a residential area from where you can access the town on foot. Undoubtedly the ideal place for a holiday in a quiet area at the foot of the mountain and a short distance from the Mediterranean coast.



It is a cozy villa of 80 meters and of recent construction. It is distributed on one floor, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, kitchen open to the living room and direct access to the porch and the private pool. It also has independent parking within the plot.



Within 500 meters of the villas you will find some shops, bars and restaurants. Beniarbeig is a municipality in the Marina Alta and a traditional mountain village, located at the entrance to the Vall de la Rectoria, ideal for hiking and mountain biking routes. La Vall de la Rectoria is one of the most beautiful valleys on the Costa Blanca, known for its great views, the beauty of its fields and the tranquility of its villages.
