Excellent service, great staff. Beautiful location and building. The Falak Restaurant was great, room was beautiful and well kept. Definitely one of the top hotels in the city and decently close to the airport. The Bharatya City Mall was connected and great as well.

Our stay at Leela Bhartiya City hotel was an exceptional experience. The hotel ambience was luxurious. All the staff from front desk, concierge, restaurant, security and front gate were incredibly courteous and very helpful, ensuring that we were comfortable and happy. Each and every member when meeting always greeted with namaste. Food was exceptional. The service is amazing. The rooms are huge and well kept . Everything is exceptionally clean. Dipankar in concierge was helpful in arranging our trip to Mysore. Had a very pleasant visit. They also arranged a free pick up from airport one way, when departing also had a representative to help with baggage and going through security. Gift from Shuhasi introduced us to a fragrance we were not familiar with. Kumud & Nilgiri incense sticks made from flowers, scent is authentic and heavenly. Was honoured to take part and light The Leela’s traditional lamp lighting ritual.

We usually stay at leela hotels as the service is always excellent and this hotel was no exception. The property is conveniently located next to a mall and the area itself is so beautiful and quiet. Our room was huge and and the food at breakfast/lunch/dinner was very good. All the staff are so professional and super nice. Really enjoyed our stay! Thank u Leela

The property is new and the design of the hotel is well thought out and the furniture and bed and amenities are all world class. The location is in a new development so it is a little out of the way. Bangalore traffic is a concern if you need to go into the city. Outside of the hotel there is not much going on. There is a mall that you could consider as an activity. The staff is great and they make you feel at home. They are very attentive to your needs. The breakfast was included and was quite extensive and everything tasted great. Again the staff at the restaurant are very helpful and have a high regard for hospitality. Overall we loved our stay at the Leela Bhartiya city.

We enjoyed the pool but be aware water is not heated so an evening swim can be chilly in January. Breakfast buffet had a large selection to chose from. The only reason I gave it a 4 for cleanliness was we discovered a big roach in our room. They came quickly to remove it and also offered to move us but as we were there for one night we declined the offer. This could happen at any property as so many people are coming and going but still a bit of an unpleasant discovery.
