The property is centrally located and is well maintained. The staff is very attentive. Barring an incident where there were other guests making noise in the hallways late at night, my stay was pleasant.

The level of guest service is better than any other hotels we've stayed. We stayed in a hotel hundreds times all over the world. Sanjay, Abhinanda and Nandini went out of their way to make sure we were taken good care of when one of the rooms had funny smells. Highly recommend!

Outstanding Hotel

Everything about this hotel was first class. Breakfast had all you could wish for. The room was clean and large, and the bed very comfortable. The little snacks left in the room were delicious. But the standout for me was the service given by the staff. Every staff member couldn’t do enough for you and were always happy to talk about anything. Perfect.

Best hotel in Bangalore

Fantastic stay, right from the start, handling the bags, the welcome to the hotel, everything we needed was all done for us. Every staff member was polite and highly professional and the rooms were incredible. As vegans we always worry about breakfast options, however the chefs were more than accommodating and made us special request items to ensure we made the most of our breakfast. Such wonderful service all around. Thank you for taking such good care of us and for making this trip so memorable.
