The Property was not neat and the kitchen was very limited with food. The Rooms had Cockroaches and was unable to sleep properly. Even the Kitchen was not available on demand. I would not recommend to stay at this hotel for family with kids.

Cost was way too much compared to the location and carpet area of the room. Balcony was also too small. Room Service staff was not up to the mark,they take too much time to fulfill the service. House cleaning staff came only 1 day in my 5 day stay.

Tranquil Stay

It was a good homely peaceful and tranquil stay at Lago Vila. Good nice clean environment around a very pleasant sight of Lake just through the French window.
