Strictly stay away - disaster
I had a very bad experience with these guys and would advice you to look elsewhere. IT IS NOT A HOTEL. Its paying guest type rooms inside an apartment. The listing is very misleading.
No one to receive you for check-in, despite informing in advance. Spent an hour at late night time finding the property, which was an apartment room at the extreme end inside a large housing complex. Was a struggle. Then had to deal for an hour with an young maid who spoke only Kannada and didn't understand anything. There was no one to explain anything or even give the key to the room. No breakfast provided, in spite of booking including it. Mattress hard as rock. Room was not prepared at all. No duvet, no towels, toilet rolls or basic minimum toiletries and soiled bedspread.
This is a very unprofessional operation. In fact they are probably running it illegally as a hotel, without permission from the housing complex, as I was told to tell the security at gate that I was visiting a "friend". Couple of rented flats strung together as a "hotel". In fact the hotel operator seems to have overbooked and palmed me off to another such operator in the premises. In the end I had to literally fight for some kind of compensation with a very rude arrogant manager, who was not on site and was only available on phone. In fact they were agreeing to reduce my rate only if I was willing to cancel the booking on Expedia, so they could cheat Expedia out of its fees and also avoid me rating them.
