Charming 1900s House in Marais Poitevin with Garden, Terrace, and Fishing Access

Detached old house dating from 1900, located in a hamlet in the heart of the Marais Poitevin, near another gîte. Ground floor: living room/kitchen, telephone, toilet. Upstairs: bathroom, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed) (1 double bed). Wi-Fi. 70 m² enclosed landscaped garden, covered terrace (garden furniture, barbecue), boules pitch, rowboat available, fishing on site. Mountain bikes and bicycles are available for hire. Options:
End-of-stay cleaning: €45/stay; Bed linen rental for 1 or 2 people: €12/stay; Towel rental: €8/person/stay.
Additional charges: Tourist tax; Electric heating based on the general meter reading (less 8 kWh per day for normal consumption). The owner provides wood (recommended price: €50 to €70 per cubic meter). The first fire is free, then €5 per wheelbarrow: payable on site.

Le marais à bicyclette

Nous avons passé une semaine délicieuse, calme et verte. Le gîte est confortable. Le jardin clos intime et reposant. L'auvent permet de profiter de l'extérieur quelle que soit la météo. Nous avons circulé en vélo toute la semaine sur les circuits bien flêchés et sur les petites routes de campagne. Le plus : une barque est mise à la disposition du gîte pour découvrir le marais au plus près. Je recommande cet endroit.

Gite typique

Le gîte est idéalement situé dans le marais poitevin mouillé. Nombreuses activités dans les environs. La propriétaire est aux petits soins. Elle prévoit même de mettre le wifi. Le gîte est rustique et ne manque de rien. La belle terrasse couverte est très agréable.

Maison avec petit terrain clos pour nos chiens. Vacances au top pour un moment en famille . Le seul hic: étant aucune connexion internet ni réseau pour les téléphones . Propriétaire très agréable
