Ca Margarita is an oasis of tranquility for an unforgettable stay. With 150 m² on a 400 m² plot, you are welcomed by a beautiful garden and two spacious outdoor terraces. The house is step-free, with all rooms on the ground floor. It features radiator heating, parquet flooring, and free Wi-Fi.
The home accommodates 6 guests in 3 bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two adjustable single beds, pillows of various heights, and ceiling fans in each room. For children, high chairs, a travel cot, and bed rails are provided at no extra charge.
The house has two air conditioning units: one in the cozy living room and another in the hallway leading to the bedrooms. The living room also offers a fireplace with firewood for winter, Smart TV, DVD player, video game console with games, board games, and a full book collection. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and paella utensils. There are two full bathrooms with showers, bidet, towels, soap, shampoo, and hairdryer. Private garage for 2 cars.
Beach or pool towels, umbrella, hiking poles, 4 mountain bikes of various sizes, and paddle rackets are all provided free of charge.
We are just 50 meters from the public pool open in summer (not private). All essential services are close by. The village is very quiet, with only 700 inhabitants. A folder with tourist and gastronomic information about the area is available.
