Also die Wohnung ist in einem sehr sehr schlechten Zustand und sehr sehr dreckig gewesen eigentlich muss man so eine Wohnung heraus nehmen bei Fe Wo direkt das kann wirklich nicht sein das so eine Wohnung vermietet für so viel Geld. Die Bilder die bei ihnen rein gestellt entsprechen nicht das was wir da vor gefunden haben. Auf gut deutsch verarsche . Wir sind sehr enttäuscht und sowas spricht sich leider rum. Schönen Tag noch PS. ICH könnte ihnen noch mehr erzählen aber ja ich lass das mal

Die Betten waren gut. Das ist aber auch das Beste, was wir rückblickend sagen. Das Haus war alt und auch wenn der Besitzer versucht hat die Wohnung modern zu gestalten, war alles laienhaft renoviert (zB.Badezimmer) Dort war auch das kleinste Waschbecken das ich je gesehen habe, ca. DinA4 Größe...da wird Zähneputzen zum Abendteuer. Vorhanden war Alles was verprochen wurde (Bettwäsche/ Handtücher), leider wurde aber sehr schlecht saubergemacht (Staub und Taschentuch unterm Bett). Am schlimmsten war die Hellhörigkeit der Wohnung und das die im Erdgeschoss liegende Pizzaria ihre Küche in den Hausflur entlüftet hat. Es hat so nach Verbranntem gerochen, dass wir im ersten Moment Angst hatten es würde brennen! Zudem liegt die Wohnung direkt an einer doch recht stark befahrenen Strasse.Wir waren froh die Wohnung nur zum Übernachten zu brauchen und sind gerne wieder abgereist. Fazit: "Luxus Apartment" haben wir uns anders vorgestellt und für den Preis stimmte die Leistung nicht.

Nicht wohl gefühlt
Vorab muss man sagen: An sich ist alles vorhanden, was man in einer Fewo braucht und die Beschreibung als solche entspricht den Tatsachen.
Wir haben uns jedoch leider gar nicht wohl gefühlt, angefangen vom Urin- und Zigarettengeruch im Treppenhaus über die "kalte" Atmosphäre der Wohnung selber. Sicherlich hat sich jemand Gedanken und Arbeit gemacht, auf uns hat es aber so gewirkt, als hätte man versucht, mit möglichst wenig Investition etwas aus einem Hochglanzmagazin zu kopieren. Schaut man sich einmal sehenden Auges um, sind etliche Makel in der Verarbeitung zu sehen. Auch wirkten die Bilder der Anzeige auf uns im Vergleich irgendwie bearbeitet, um ein wärmeres, stilvolleres Bild zu vermitteln.
Leider war die Wohnung auch nicht wirklich sauber; vor allem in dem einen Schlafzimmer gab es dicke Staubränder und sogar ein benutztes Wattestäbchen haben wir vorgefunden.
Fazit: Für uns wird es eine einmalige Buchung bleiben.

Zental gelegen
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral im Ort, allerdings war das parken etwas schwierig da die umliegenden kostenlosen Parkplätze immer besetzt waren! Die Wohnung ist für eine 4 köpfige Familie okay ! Nur sollte man seine Passwörter für Netflix und co parat haben! Netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter! Abends etwas laut von der Straße und der darunter liegenden Kneipe!
