Convenient to downtown was a plus. Homeless camp in adjacent property is a huge negative.
Extremely noisy, thin walls. Loud traffic outside. Difficult to get in or out of parking lot. Other than that it was nice. The bed was very comfortable and shower was easy and nice to use.
You have to request to have your room cleaned before 9am, I asked for my room to be cleaned at 645am came back to nothing being done. Asked for more towel’s because my room wasn’t cleaned and told you can come get them if you want them. Staff was nice just unorganized, breakfast was pretty good.

The rooms show that the building is old. The lower parts of the door were dirty and parts of the shower showed its age. Beds were uncomfotable. If you dont like spiders dont stay here as we found lots of spiders during our short stay.
Nice room- comfy- wish there Was a hot Tub… lots of boys running around and took over the pool

Responsive staff. No breakfast bar due to covid but had a limited menu which they packed up for you in short order. No coffee in room but good coffee in the lobby beginning at 0600.

Sadly, this is something that is not just experienced here, but nationwide.
