This unit is suitable for one or two guests. In the main living space, you will find a queen sized bed, and because the large window in the cottage is tinted on the outside for privacy, you can wake up to the beautiful river view directly outside! Also in the living room is a comfy rocking chair with ottoman for you to put your feet up and get some relaxation and meditation in during your stay!

The kitchenette has everything you should need for a low maintenance couple of days away! It features a stovetop, mini fridge, and a microwave, along with some basic kitchen dishware and essentials. Feel like getting out of the condo but not going too far? Pioneer Park is right next door and has plenty of space to stretch out or enjoy a picnic at one of the picnic tables right along the water!

This cottage, along with the others beside it, use to be part of a "condotel" called the Bend Riverside Inn and Suites, which went out of business in 2020. Decades before that, it was once part of the Bend Riverside Condominium Motel. Today the property is technically called "The Riverside Commons," but most people still refer to it as Bend Riverside. Because it was built in the 1970s, it has one of the best locations in Bend!
