It adjoins a beautiful established neighborhood with park like settings, and only a short walk, ONE BLOCK SO Leave your car, to downtown restaurants and shopping. Kitchen has everything you need and a coffee machine with a free pack of Breakfast blend coffee to enjoy, toaster oven, crock pot and blender for smoothies too!
PLUS there is a new washer dryer to use! What a great amenity to have!
