Deschutes River Luxury Brand New 5 BR, Jacuzzi, Firepit

Nuestra casa es un nuevo hogar adjunto (solo unido en una pared, con firewall entre y muy silencioso). Está ubicado en una maravillosa subdivisión llamada Milepost 1, que son las unidades residenciales más cercanas al monte. Soltero, sin embargo, todavía estamos a menos de 5 minutos de la ciudad! Ya que estamos tan cerca de Bachelor, ¡puedes ser el primero en llegar a las pendientes y perderte todo el tráfico que sale de la ciudad! ¡Una vuelta en el camino a Bachelor y ya está!

El Deschutes River Trailhead está a solo unos pasos de la puerta trasera (50 yardas), y Phil's Trail y Rimrock Trailhead (por nombrar algunos) están muy cerca.

Estamos a una corta distancia a pie del Seventh Mountain Resort (que cuenta con un bar y un restaurante, además de actividades en verano e invierno) y a 1/2 milla del campo de golf Widgi Creek.

Nombrado con todos los nuevos muebles de lujo, el espacio seguramente se ubicará altamente en la lista de "los mejores lugares en los que he estado" de cualquiera. Con una gran sala / cocina grande y abierta, el espacio grita para reuniones sociales con amigos y familiares.

Una bañera de hidromasaje para 6-7 personas en el patio trasero, completa con un pozo de fuego, adirondacks y una gran mesa de comedor hace que el patio trasero sea el mejor lugar para relajarse en la tarde / noche. Nuestro patio trasero está sombreado por la tarde, ¡lo cual es perfecto en el cálido sol de Bend!

Estamos a poca distancia a pie del Seventh Mountain Resort, con un bar / restaurante y numerosas instalaciones abiertas al público: patinaje sobre hielo en invierno, rafting y paseos a caballo en primavera / verano / otoño. Todos ellos se pueden reservar a través de su página web. También tienen un campo de golf de disco que puedes usar, así como también una mini pista para niños para bicicletas. ¡El campo de golf Widgi Creek también está muy cerca y tiene tarifas extremadamente razonables para un excelente campo!

2 master suites (1 arriba, 1 abajo) cada una con camas King. Hay 2 dormitorios adicionales con camas queen en el piso de arriba que comparten un baño Jack-and-Jill. Por último, hay un estudio / estudio en la planta baja con una cama nido con cama nido. Todas las camas (excepto el nido) están equipadas con colchones viscoelásticos Casper y almohadas de alta calidad. Beautiful home, very close to Mt Bachelor

It was great for our large family, very spacious and neat and tidy. The hot tub was fun and relaxing. Comfortable beds and a well-appointed kitchen. We loved being super close to the mountain and felt right at home.

Wow! This place is the best.

We stayed here for a week of skiing at Mt Bachelor. The location was perfect, the accommodations were excellent and we got to meet Andrew who was delightful. Really, this place is top-notch including many extras in the pantry and kitchen supplies. Definitely stay here if you are in Bend!

Amazing House!

We spent a long weekend with our family and enjoyed everything about this place. The kitchen is a cooks dream! The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Only 10 minutes to shops and restaurants.. we had a wonderful time!

This was a beautiful big house to stay with family and friends.

We came to have a long ski weekend with multiple families including kids and teens. It was clean and bright; I loved the open floor plan with plenty of seating for big family dinners where everyone fits. And it was so close to the mountain, only a 15-to-20-minute drive. We were also able to get into town really quick, it was so convenient.

A perfect stay in Bend

Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The home had plenty of room for us to spread out, the beds were comfortable and the outdoor space with spa and fire table were an added bonus. Kitchen was incredibly well equipped making cooking for a larger group easy. Location was perfect as we had access to the Deschutes River Trail within walking distance and the drive into town was short. The home was quiet and clean and check in/check out was easy. We will definitely be back!

Rave reviews from grandma, grandpa and 7 adult grand-kids and spouses

Great location next to 7th Mtn Resort where we could play disc golf, white water raft, hang out near Benham Falls and the river, golf at widgi creek etc. Dean, the manager, was very responsive to our questions and concerns. The home was quiet, spacious, comfortable and beautiful with all necessary amenities for a large group.

Spacious & beautiful home in a stunning location!

This house was so nice, really spacious and very well stocked. These owners know what they're doing. Had everything we could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. We hiked nearby areas and ran the trails during the day and enjoyed the fire pit, bbq and hot tub in the evening. There are hiking trails all around this property and we were able to easily access them with our two year old. Highly recommend this place!!

Kangaroo loop

Three families stayed in this house. It has plenty of room for 10 people, with a large well stocked kitchen, living room, and deck. Hiking and mountain biking trails are accessible from property. River rafting excursion is next door. Bend is an 11 minute drive.

Great stay - would go back

Great location w/ walking distance to hiking trails along Deschutes river and short drive to downtown Bend. The house was spacious and comfortable for our family of 9. It was clean and had everything we needed... well stocked kitchen for those who like to cook, enough paper goods, detergent, etc. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit in the evenings. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would go back to this place.

Perfect spot for anyone - especially multi generational family!

We had a wonderful 7 day adventure in a place we have called our second home (Bend) for 50+ years. First time to this wonderful town home and we will be back. Everything was exceptional. ZERO complaints. The heated walkway was a huge bonus too - to prevent slipping with an infant and in general. I recommend this home for its location (we were on the mountain for first chaiar almost every day)... ease of access to Bend and furnished completely. Enjoy ! Best place around.

Beautiful and Comfortable House

This is a big beautiful house in a very nice neighborhood. Everything we needed was there. We especially enjoyed the patio. The jacuzzi was perfect and the gas fireplace added ambiance. We played many games on the big picnic table. The kitchen is well stocked and the living room very comfortable. We turned the fireplace on in the early mornings before the heat of the day set in. Thank you again. We will be back!

Very nice, yard and site layout a bit tight. If a Ring is what i saw out back I would say having a camera active is not advisable.
