Description:

This lovely updated home has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Quartz counters and a wood Fireplace. Located near the Village for easy access to Dining, Shopping, and Entertainment, there's also quick access to the bike trails for your adventure.

Level 1:

Walk on into the home and find the Dining area on your left, the stairs to your right and Living, Kitchen, and Primary Bedroom are all straight ahead.

Dining:
The dining table seats 6 and there's a door out to the grill on the deck right behind it making it easy to serve hot food to your family and friends.

Kitchen:
The Kitchen has updated cabinets and Quartz counters plus Stainless Steel Appliances giving it a fresh, contemporary look. Four can sit at the bar and eat or converse with the chef.

Living:
The Couch with chaise is perfectly set to watch the TV or the fire as you relax.

Primary Bedroom:
At the back of the downstairs is the Primary Bedroom which attaches to a Hall Bathroom. The bath has a Shower/Tub combo and a Laundry closet. The Bedroom houses a King bed sitting on plush carpet and offers Hot Tub access via French Doors.

Level 2:

Upstairs are two more bedrooms and a 3/4 Bath.

The first Bedroom has a Twin over Full Bunk bed and Twin bed

Bedroom 2:

The second Bedroom has a Queen Bed

Nice little house

This was a fairly comfortable property. We wish there was a better hang out spot for the kids and some entertainment- games or toys or bikes. The drawers in some the dressers were broken and fell out when you pulled them out. Same in the kitchen. The downstairs bath drain was very slow and filled up with water during showering. Many of the electric outlets were lose and didn’t hold our items.

Location, location location.

The location of the property was amazing. Easy walk to the SHARC and Village. However, don't be fooled by the pictures. They were obviously taken long ago. The couch in the picture looks clean and welcoming. Unfortunelty, nobody in my family was willing to sit on as was filthy and was covered in grime. (And smelled) Maybe it could be cleaned up, but obviously the property management company doesn't care. I found my two year old eating a potato chip on the second day. WE HADN'T bought any potato chips. She fished that out of the couch and a day later she did the samea with a half eaten hard candy covered in hair. Fortunately, we keep a close eye on her or she could have choked. The rest of the house is just a dirty. It smells of heavy dog urine. There is A/C, but it does not make it to the second floor, so we ended up all bunking up in the downstairs master bedroom. (Which defeated the whole point of booking a 3 bedroom.) It was so bad we decided to leave two days early. What a waist of money! We get one trip to Sunriver each year and this one was ruined by a picking a dud! It is my own fault, I fell for fake pictures.

Perfect for family stay in Sunriver

The house was well located close to SHARC and the village. Everything you need for a family of 5 to cook, sleep and hangout during downtime. I would stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

This property was everything we expected it to be and more! Clean, great kitchen with everything you’ll need, well stocked baths, great hot tub and plenty of parking. We enjoyed the TV and all the board games. Close to the shops and the pool. Enjoyed ourselves and we’ll be back!

Sunriver ski weekend

Absolutely adorable and really nice open floor plan layout for hanging out. The two dining tables were great - one for eating and one for games. The privacy of the hot tub was lovely too. Only complaint is not many of the outlets work - they are really loose so the lamps in the upstairs guest room don’t work and it’s tough to find one to charge devices. A quick fix to those old outlets and this would be an ideal cottage to revisit.

Great Sun River location

Cute cabin in beautiful Sunriver!

We enjoyed our time in Sunriver and our stay at Otter 8. We have three boys so the close proximity to the SHARC rec center and the Village was perfect! The cabin itself is very cute and homey but it was a little tight for my family of five and our dog. There were a few little things that came up but didn’t effect our stay. The management team was easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

Great house/location!

Would definitely stay here again! Came for Washington states spring break so we missed the oregon crowd. Pool hours were not so great but we did utilize sharc passes a few times. House was so cozy. Loved the wood burning fireplace (wood provided). I cooked many times and kitchen equipped. Could use some new cooking pans. Our 3 kids had the upstairs which was great. Hot tub was hot! Close to the mall/restaurants. I felt right at home here. Property management cascara was.wonderful! I'd love to come back and stay here in the summer!

Winter ready

We stayed here for a snowboard trip and were able to get to mt. Bachelor within 30 minutes. House met all of our needs and we enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace. Walking trails around the property were plowed regularly. It is a 1/2 mile walk to the village. House was nicely stocked with kitchen appliances, plenty of towels, firewood and salt to assist us with not landing on our bums when walking on the porch or deck.

Tastefully updated, this home had the perfect amount of space to maintain comfy cozy feel. Great location! Beds were super comfortable which is very important to us, and the hot tub was really great too. My only suggestion is cleaning, wasn’t clean there was lots of food crumbs laying around inside & out on the furniture and I wiped down the tables so we could use them.

Comfortable, clean, functional and great location. Due to the proximity to SHARC, the location is not as quiet as other places in the resort. SHARC blasts music most of the day and it’s not too loud or distracting but also not serene. The SHARC facility is amazing for all ages.

Great house across from SHARC and close to Village

We had a great stay at 8 Otter. The house was very clean and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels, bedding, fans. Super convenient location- across from the SHARC - great access for the pool in the summer & tubing in the winter. Quick walk to the Village. Nice that it has air conditioning for summer heat! We would definitely stay here again.

Quaint and Accessible

The cabin was everything said in the description. The walking path was right behind the house and a short walk to the Village and SHARC. 25-minutes away from Mount Bachelor and Bend, so a perfect place to stay if you want a quiet stay while adventuring.
