Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location
I guess retro means it has never been updated at all since built. Then you should just state that. The beds and pillows were quite uncomfortable, shower heads made for little people. Lighting was inadequate, The condo HVAC system needs replaced and could not keep up even on a modest heat day so the upstairs was always 5 degrees warmer than downstairs.
