Charming 4-bedroom cozy cabin with AC and WiFi in brilliant Sunriver

Located in southern Sunriver, close to all shops/restaurants, bike paths and lodge, enjoy what this 4-bedroom 1200-square foot cabin has to offer. With 1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, 1 queen open loft room, and a 3 twin bedroom, guests will find the sleeping arrangements marvelous. The cabin features heating, AC (will be added spring 2025), thermostat-controlled pellet fireplace, WiFi, Yale smart lock entry, 3 Samsung Smart TVs, a washer/dryer, and a newly remodeled (Jan 2025) 'rustic modern' design with all new furniture (including Casper mattresses). The 2 bathrooms are fully-equipped with showers. Cabin is located within proximity to a busy street, yet is well-insulated with new windows, new water heater, updated furnace, easy parking for many cars and a basketball court just steps away, all in a meadow-like setting. Experience the magic of Sunriver at our cabin.

No parties or loud noise/music, as this is a quiet community with neighbors nearby.
Parking for vehicles just steps from front door along flat path.
Security camera at front door. If you wish to turn this off for privacy, you may absolutely do so during your stay by letting me know, or just unplug it above door.
The cabin is air-conditioned and features 2 bathrooms and space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.
