The house was clean and functional. The only reason I gave our stay 4 stars was only because due to a regional forest fire/smoke we couldn't open up the house one of the nights and it rendered the upstairs room uncomfortably warm. Next time we probably would rent a home with air-conditioning. The house was fine otherwise.

I absolutely loved this house - it truly felt like being at home. It was so spacious, about the same size as our own house, which made my family feel very comfortable. With enough beds to accommodate at least eight people, it was more than enough for our family of four. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the shopping mall was conveniently located less than a mile away. The surroundings were beautiful, with scenic views, green trails, and water nearby. The only minor suggestion I have is to add more adult bikes in good condition, but it wasn’t a big issue for us - we enjoyed walking and running on the trails instead. We’ll definitely be back again!

This property is a bit dated but was fine for our family for a summer getaway. The location was great near the SHARC and on the trials.

Very Rustic Cabin

Older cabin with lots of room for family. Water park and pool close to the cabin for the kids, cabin supplies access cards for up to 8 people. The nearby Village has almost everything you need but a bit pricier than town stores. The nearby brewery is very nice. No A/C in the cabin, but each room has a portable fan. Kids liked the bikes that were available.

This home is comfortable, clean and in a great location. Unfortunately we were not able to stay there due to an electrical issue we discovered upon our arrival. Sunriver had experienced a storm, and half of the house was without power! The property management company was prompt to respond to our call, and within a couple of hours, they moved us to another home. They even advocated for us with the owner to allow our two dogs since the house they found for us does not usually take pets. We were very appreciative!

Great location

Great location. Easy walk to the SHARC and park. Clean with all supplies you could need. 3 adult size mountain bikes (10 year old made it work), 1 kid bike, bbq.

Will not stay here again .

The home was so cold due to the doors are not tight and you can see outside the bottom of the door. There is nothing that welcomes you to this home the furniture was old . Mattresses exposed and torn . We went to bed earlier just to get warm . The fireplace is nice but can’t keep up with Al the cold air going out under the doors . No thought I’d put into this home by the owners to make you comfortable .

Our stay

Close to the SHARC. House - provided all that was needed. On smaller side but comfortably accommodated 4 adults and 3 kids. Upstairs was ideal for kids. Downstairs good for adults. House a little on the outdated side. Issues - ran into a couple: fan in downstairs bath makes loud noise. Chose not to use. Dryer did not work. Reported both along with need of additional toilet paper/paper towels. Mgmt. looked at dryer immediately and ended up being a part they needed to order. Told to hold the dryer door closed tight to ensure dryer worked until could be fixed which could not occur during our stay. Fan not acknowledged. Nothing that ruined our stay, very minor inconveniences. Mgmt. provided additional toilet paper and paper towels immediately. Material regarding home not fully updated. Conflicting messages regarding SHARC. Advertised as inclusive but rental material and renting guide indicated the opposite. This was important to us as we had kids so felt the need to confirm this house included SHARC passes. It did and passes were readily available. Cleanliness was ok. Very dusty…could see some areas not touched/dusted for long periods of time. Overall, our stay was positive. Would rent again.

The place was in a good location to all sunriver has to offer. We were a bit sad about the cleanliness of the place. We know we could of contacted them to clean it but we felt like them coming in would have disrupted our vacation so we cleaned it ourselves. Their were bottles from precious guests under couch, curtains, and in closets. And the top of the fridge had yellow crumbles every where. The fridge, and the rest if the kitchen was very clean. During covid 19 i think i just expected a bit of a higher standard from cthe cleaning crew. Im not sure if its an outside hire or cascara directly. But i would reccomend to find a new cleaning crew or be triple checking their work. Sunriver is great so thisq issue was quickly resolved. And enjoyed our stay.

Listing stated indoor pool and there wasnt even a hot tub. Bikes were in terrible shape. Bathtub was filthy. Otherwise it was great
