Welcome to your perfect Sunriver escape! This spacious single-level home features 4 bedrooms and plenty of space to relax and unwind. The open living area includes a cozy gas fireplace and ample seating, perfect for family game nights or quiet evenings. The dining room comfortably seats your group for home-cooked meals prepared in the fully stocked kitchen.

The sleeping arrangements are ideal for families or multiple couples. You'll find two king ensuites—one with a luxurious roll-in shower for accessibility—and a third bedroom with a queen bed. The fourth bedroom is a kid-friendly bunk room with two bunk beds, perfect for sleepovers and late-night giggles.

Step outside to your private patio, complete with a BBQ, patio furniture, and a relaxing hot tub—ideal for stargazing after a day of adventure. The garage houses a foosball table for friendly competition, and the included bikes make it easy to explore miles of paved trails that wind through the forest.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Solstice tennis weekend

Quiet neighborhood. Great outdoor spaces, shaded and in the sun. Nice hot tub outdoors as well. All the cooking utensils one needed. Foosball was a blast. Didn’t have time to ride the bikes, but there were several nice leisure bikes. Beds were comfortable, even the firm bunk beds. Spent most meals standing around the large island in the kitchen, but a wonderful large table was available. Didn’t watch the huge TV, but did lounge on the comfortable couch. A great time was had by all.

Great Property

Newer house, good layout of the all the rooms and allows interaction with everyone during meal times. Little further away from the Village, however, there are plenty of bikes in the garage to go explore. Have a few sleds for wintertime fun as well. Hot tub was great for relaxing after a day on the slopes.

Lovely house in Sunriver

This house was very spacious and perfect for our family get together. There is lots to do in Sunriver and Bend for all ages. The nature center and the high desert museum are great. I would also recommend Crux brewery in bend it’s a very family friendly place. We love the patio on the house a great place for a relaxing dinner
