An adorable Midtown home built in 1952. This three bedroom two bath home has been fully remodeled while maintaining its original charm and fully equipped with modern amenities. Midtown area is another desirable location in Bend. Located one mile from the Deschutes River, downtown and within in walking distance to Pilot Butte State Park. This is a quiet neighborhood with a huge private backyard and a view of Pilot Butte. Close to coffee shops, restaurants, and groceries.
This home features two living spaces each with a TV. One features a dedicated work space. Primary bedroom has a comfy cozy king bed, with down duvets and high thread count sheets. Second and third bedrooms have queen beds. There is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen which includes a breakfast bar that accommodates 3 plus a separate dining area that seats 6. Cozy living room space for those nights that you stay home after a day of adventure. Outside you will find a covered patio with a dining table and a 3 season outdoor patio with space to eat and relax. A gas BBQ to grill those gourmet meals. Enjoy the stars during those summer nights while sitting around the fire pit in the large backyard.

We didn't stay at a Winery at all. The house we rented was in Bend Oregon and we visited 20 Breweries. Overall we loved the house, location was great will keep this house on our list to stay again.

We felt very comfortable in this home! So cute! Nooks and crannys everywhere, lots of natural light and very warm. Would recommended to anyone. Especially if you had kids or a large family. Plenty of rooms and a large backyard.
