There is no elevator so hauling things to the 3rd floor is a little more difficult. But it is quiet, right on the river and bike path. A grocery store is only a few blocks away, easy access to 3rd street. A good location.

This location is perfectā€¦1/2 mile from downtown Bend. The view was spectacular of the Deschutes Spillway. The condo was clean, but needs ā€œsome love.ā€ The photos on the website were beautiful of the condo; however, when we walked inā€¦I was somewhat disappointed. Hopefully, the owners can be contacted and the condo can be updated.

Everything was fine. It was convenient and good location by river with walkway. The furniture was nice and clean. But the rooms could have been cleaner. Doors and frames were dirty and hair in the bathroom. The balcony had not been cleaned. Food crumbs on table and floor. Numerous spots on walls where they had done patchwork but not painted it so you had these white spots everywhere. King bed was very firm. If you like a firm mattress you will like. The complex is old but has been kept up ok, but our room did not match the pictures that were on the website so you don't really know what you are getting. The building stairs and walkways could be cleaner.

The perfect place to stay, if you love being next to the water, and going for walks. The building itself was old, but the cottage was updated and the bed was comfortable. There was a large stain on the carpet in the bedroom, and the ceiling fan was REALLY dusty, but the rest of the unit was very clean.

The property and the unit were in a state of disrepair. In our unit the TV didnā€™t work properly at first and then not at all. The closet door in the hall started falling off the wall when I tried to open it. The shower door in the master bath was off the track. It appeared to be more like an air B&B with mismatched furniture. The bed was small and like an IKEA bed. My husband has mobility issues and they assigned us to a 3rd floor unit with no elevator. The wood was peeled on the unit deck and in the hallways and siding. The front desk is only staffed from 10:00 - 7:00 and the phone number posted everywhere was disconnected.

Wifi is poor. Dont stay here if you need it for work. View was great! Location is nice. It has everything you need, except functional fast wifi. Bed was comfortable, kitchen has everything you need. Air conditioning worked well in the main living area was freezing while the bedroom was still too warm with the air on high and a fan pushing. Staff was friendly.

This place was gross and stank really bad. The carpets were stained all over with, from the smell I think was dog crap. The sheets were itchy and the dishes were dirty in the washer which obviously hadn't been run. It's also extremely dated. I feel bad for whoever owns the unit. Also the stairs are no joke either. It did have a nice view of the river. The good parts were the full kitchen and two bathrooms but the water pressure in the shower was very weak. We couldn't find anywhere else to book last minute or we wouldn't have stayed.

The view of the Deschutes River is incredible. Property is very clean. Very close to downtown (restaurants and breweries) One recommendation would be to have kitchen washcloths and kitchen towels in the room.
