Anniversary Celebration

This house is exactly as the online pictures. Nice deck that has shade in the afternoon and evenings. Quiet location with views of the 1st fairway. Very comfortable house, fully equipped. The only issue we had with this house is the master bedroom on the first floor has shades but really needs blackout shades as it’s pretty bright in this room at 5:00am with existing shades, hard to sleep then.

Clean and lots of room

This house had ample room for 8 people. We liked that each room had a full bath attached or just outside the door. Also that the kids had their own large space to spread out and be without the adults. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils for our group. We saw lots of deer right outside our windows and view of golf course. The only cons are this property is far from the center of town so it is a bit of a bike ride to get anywhere but easy by car. The property didn’t include any bikes or SHARC passes which many of the other properties have and was an added expense. This is run by Sunriver resort so there was a large resort fee in addition to Vrbo fees so I would rent through Sunriver directly.

Maintenance

The master bathroom toilet wouldn’t flush every time, so had to take the back off to fix it. No kitchen staples like even salt and pepper. Very limited supplies such as garbage bags, .
