WELCOME to Benal Beach – known for its EXCELLENT LOCATION and WATER PARK.



A 15 minute walk from Puerto Marina and the centre of Arroyo de la Miel, right in front of the Parque de la Paloma where the animals are in full freedom, and where you can enjoy a pleasant and relaxing walk.



The distance from the complex to the beach is only 100m. There are 15,000m² of gardens, artificial lakes and five spectacular swimming pools, all connected by giant and exciting water slides to create a huge water park.



ALFRESCO STAYS stands out for its quality, comfort and cleanliness. Esperábamos más

A nuestra llegada estaba muy limpio, y está muy bien ubicado. Complejo con todas las comodidades. Menaje muy escaso, se echaban en falta muchos utensilios básicos de cocina (solo había una sartén!!!), así como productos básicos como trapos de manos (no había ninguno), algunas bolsas más de basura (solo 2 para 8 noches), amenities que aparecen anunciados en las fotos, etc. Funcionamiento incorrecto de la placa de inducción (se sobrecalienta al cocinar y se apaga, no pudiendo usarse durante un tiempo prolongado), del ventilador de la habitación (sin luz, y el ventilador se apagaba espontáneamente y tardaba horas en volver a funcionar), y del WiFi (no funcionó en ningún momento). Poca comunicación con la agencia, llegada autónoma y no nos explicaron absolutamente nada sobre el funcionamiento del apartamento. Además hasta esa misma mañana no sabíamos ni donde nos teníamos que dirigir a pesar de insistir. No suelen coger teléfono y la comunicación casi siempre vía WhatsApp en horario de oficina. En definitiva no repetiríamos con la agencia, aunque es apartamento esté bien en general.
