Magnificent Studio located in the urbanization Benal Beach on the fifth floor with beautiful side views of the sea and the park of La Paloma. Benal Beach is an urbanization that is characterized by its great area of gardens and large swimming pools that are open all year. It is ideal for two people although it can also accommodate 3 people, has a 1.35-wide bed also has a sofa bed that transforms into a bed of 1.35. The apartment has air conditioning, iron and ironing board, Samsung TV 43 ", clothesline, washing machine and hair dryer. The kitchen is equipped with all kinds of utensils, juicer, minipimer, toaster, coffee maker and cutlery. The studio was renovated in 2016 and is very cozy with the park floor and a modern decorative touch. It is located 60 meters from the beach, on the first line, a few meters from the beautiful park of La Paloma and also Selwo marina park. It takes 10 minutes taking a pleasant walk to Puerto Marina along the seafront. There are many restaurants and supermarkets near the area to go on foot. If you have a car you can park inside the Benal Beach enclosure in your community parking.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

Das Appartament ist klasse gelegen - der Park, die City und natürlich der Strand sind bequem und schnell zu Fuss erreichbar, als auch die Busanbindung.
Alles sehr sauber, recht modern, tolle Lage.
