The house has a large garden with infinity pool, porch equipped with designer furniture, barbecue, terrace on the top floor with Jacuzzi and furnished, living room, 6 bedrooms, gym area, spa with sauna and hammam, and separate service area. It has high speed internet access, smart TV's and bluetooth speakers in bedrooms, alarm, underfloor heating, air conditioning in all rooms, swimming pool, and covered parking. The kitchen is completely new and equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, crockery / cutlery, kitchen utensils, nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. It also has an independent washing and ironing area. The rent includes cleaning 2 hours 3 times a week.

Located in the Condes de Luque Urbanization (Capanes del Sur - La Alquería), in Benahavís and very close to Guadalmina Baja, Marbella.
