Desta vez já no meu checking não recebi um tratamento tão bom quanto da estadia anterior, quem me recepcionou não teve qualquer tipo de atenção ao me hospedar em 1 quarto cujo não havia sido varrido atrás das camas, não me foi ofertado opção de escolha de andar ou quarto desta vez, não me foi cedido cópia da chave desta vez para a 2a. Pessoa utilizar, me hospedou em 1 quarto com 2 camas de solteiro mesmo eu escolhendo realizar o early checking. Pedi 1 cadeira emprestado a recepção e nao me foi cedido mesmo o hotel não estando com a ocupação alta, não entendi o porque da negação de 1 cadeira. Fiquei desapontado com o serviço desta vez. Ficamos no quarto 1308, lamentável.

No sleep this night!

So the hotel staff is cool and the rest were just fine. The room is a little on the small side but I was tired! Now the air conditioner is a different story..... Lots of noise on and off all night! Just could not sleep well at all in those conditions. I think the unit needed maintenance and probably hasnt seen a tool in a while.
