Cozy 1 bedroom apartment, just 2 houses from beach

Peaceful and centrally-located, 1 BR unit. New floors throughout apartment. Updated bathroom with new vanity! Spacious living room, dining area and large bedroom with 2 closets. This 1st floor unit has gorgeous ocean views from deck! Free assigned parking spot! Just steps to belmar boardwalk and beach! Enjoy watching the sunset from your private deck! Short walk to restaurants! Included are 2 season beach badges, 2 beach chairs and umbrella to use. There is a $70 fee for each lost beach badge that will be deducted from security. Living room has a day bed with trundle. Please bring all sheets (1 Queen and 2 twin) and bath and beach towels. No laundry on premises however laundry mat is just a few blocks away! One assigned parking spot is located on premises.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a patio and space to spread out with a separate bedroom and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a microwave, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher.
