Ground floor: living room-kitchen lounge area (TV connected to the Orange bouquet with Bluetooth function and radios) opening onto the terrace, laundry room, 1 PRM bedroom with private shower and WC (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm) with a bay window, separate WC (washbasin). 1st floor: 4 bedrooms each with a private bathroom (shower and WC) opening onto a terrace, including 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed 160 x 200 and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and 2 bunk beds 90x200cm. In the heart of a small hamlet, 2.5 km from the village of Bellecombe en Bauges, this beautifully restored gite in a very contemporary spirit stands out for its brightness and its bay windows. Various games and books are available for children in the lounge area located upstairs. Skis, bicycles or roof boxes can be stored in the owners' personal garage on the ground floor of the gite. 2 parking spaces are provided in front of the house with, if necessary, a public car park 50 m away. When you enter the house of Banc Plat, you have a breathtaking view of the massif through the many openings, like tableaux vivants! To take full advantage of it, all the rooms have a French window opening onto a terrace, everyone can choose their own for contemplation!
