This house is adjoining another vacation rental (gîte 22G220105), with a large gravelled courtyard, a large wooden terrace (sun loungers), and a private, unfenced 300 m² garden. Possibility of secure bicycle shelter. This superbly renovated farmhouse exudes charm, utilizing high-quality materials and refined decor! A cozy atmosphere reigns in every room, and a touch of serenity reigns in the master suite, enhanced by its bathtub. In the southwest-facing garden, you can pick aromatic plants for your kitchen. This peaceful haven is located on the edge of the Coat Noz forest. If you love nature, this 18th-century house is just 100 meters from hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, and fishing trails. Within a 30-km radius, you have a choice of beautiful seaside resorts: Locquirec, Ploumanach, Paimpol, Plouha, and St-Quay-Portrieux.
