The hotel itself was excellent, clean and in a great spot. Sadly the mature lady on the reception desk was abrupt and non helpful. I would of put it down to her having a bad day but we were met with the same approach the next day. Our family booked several rooms and several of us had the same experience. Otherwise the staff were excellent.

We enjoyed our stay at Rydges Geelong. The room and hotel facilities were very clean. The bar and restaurant were a lovely place to dine with a delicious menu. We enjoyed happy hour between 4 and 6. The staff were all very polite and helpful.

Room was spotless and very comfortable bed. The downstairs dining is absolutely elite which is great when you're travelling for work and you don't need to leave the hotel to find dinner. Highly recommend.
