Disliked: Cleanliness
We were disappointed on a few aspects of the place but it was good overall.The Bad: The place reeked of smoke. It was listed as a non-smoking unit but that rule had clearly not been respected for a long time, or by many people. It was apparent every time you walked in. The bathroom curtain had a burn mark as evidence. Every time we came into the apartment it was awful and we had to open the windows.The shower unit isn't fully functional, only the handheld mobile shower head works, not the overhead or other jets it came with. The pull-out couch is not great quality, it appears to be new, but it is of the kind where the frame makes different angles after unfolding and I would wake up with a sore back as a result.The Good: The rest of the place was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, and utensils. There was lots of closet space, coat hangers, shelves, etc. the other utilities and amenities were good. There was a nice view. The price was excellent. The location is great.Some final thoughts, I dont think it deserves the current 9.8/10 on VRBO. Not sure how it got that high of a score, but, if it gets properly cleaned, the shower repaired or better yet replaced, and gets a better pull-out or actual bed it certainly would be a great place to stay.
