Schöne Wohnung im EG des Hauses, die als Ausgangspunkt für Tage am Pool oder Unternehmungen am Como See dient.
Ohne Auto kann man das Apartment jedoch nicht empfehlen, um ins Dorf zu gelangen ist ein Auto unabdingbar. Ansonsten ist ein ca. 30 min langer, steiler Abgang zu Fuß drin (wer es mag).
Kommunikation mit dem Vermittler war sehr gut, pünktliche Übergabe der Schlüssel direkt am Haus.
Pool war sehr angenehm, man konnte gut draußen liegen und den Pool nutzen.
Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei, für ihn wurde eine extra Gebühren für 7 €/Nacht erhoben.
Negativ ist einzig, dass der Hund sich nicht im Garten aufhalten darf. Hier wurde vom Hauseigentümer (wohnt mit im Haus) extra Tonfallen aufgestellt, dass die Hunde ja nicht in den Garten gehen.
Verständlich, dass nicht jeder möchte das der Hund in Garten geht (wegen dem Pool) aber das hätte man auch anders lösen können…
Weiterhin wurde eine extra Reinigungsgebühr in Höhe von 40,00 € erhoben (die Bar zu entrichten war), die vorher nicht explizit in der Bescheinigung hier bei Expedia ausgeschrieben wurde.
