Bedroom has a very large walk in closet for storage of golf clubs or other items.

VIEW: Enjoy scenic views of Lake Bellaire and the Legend golf course.

INTERIOR ENVIRONMENT: A cozy and comfortable space featuring a flat-screen TV, dining table with chairs, and a gas fireplace.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with cookware, silverware, stemware, utensils, coffee maker, and most common appliances.

AMENITIES: All towels and linens are provided. The unit includes central A/C and heat, a washer/dryer, and and bathroom amenities.

You will be supplied with a starter pack to include: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish pods, paper towel and toilet paper.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to an outdoor seasonal heated pool located at the condo (open from Memorial Day to Labor Day). Additionally, they can enjoy the private Beach Club located just a few miles away, which offers a beach for swimming in Lake Bellaire, shuffleboard, basketball court, grills, a playground for children, walking trails, and a private clubhouse.
A Beach Club pass will be available in the condo.

PARKING: Convenient parking available in front of the unit, with additional spaces for boats and trailers nearby.
