The Space:
This spacious living area features an open layout with a kitchen and dining table. It includes three bedrooms, one full bathroom, and a half bath attached to the master bedroom. The garage has been transformed into a game room, creating a fun hangout space with a ping pong table, Black jack table, bumper pool and TV, with seating area. Outside, you'll find a lovely covered porch equipped with a gas grill and a Blackstone griddle. There's also a firepit for cozy campfires, perfect for making memories and roasting s'mores. Ample parking is available in the driveway, and the wooded backyard leads directly to the river, where you can fish and enjoy watching kayaks and boats pass by.

Guest Access:
You will need to climb stairs to upper living space. You will be given a door code to enter the home before arrival.

The Neighborhood:
When you're ready to venture out, Running River Cottage is ideally situated within walking distance of Bellaire's charming downtown. Explore unique shops, savor local cuisine, or enjoy a craft beer at Short’s Brewing Company, a popular spot among both visitors and locals. For outdoor enthusiasts, the area offers a wealth of activities, including hiking and biking trails, as well as fishing and boating on Lake Bellaire, located on the lower chain of lakes. Bring your boat along for the adventure and launch it at one of the nearby ramps, with the option to dock it right at the property, which also features two jet ski lifts. For your convenience, a gas grill and a Blackstone griddle are available at the house. The lower garage has been transformed into a game room hangout, complete with a black jack table, ping pong table, bumper pool and a cozy TV-watching area. In winter, head to nearby Shanty Creek or Schuss Mountain Resorts for skiing, snowboarding, and tubing fun.

Getting Around:
Discover Downtown Bellaire for shopping, movies, restaurants and drinking establishments. You wont want to miss the candy shop, and gourmet bakery or checking out the park for a great stroll. 5-10 walk to get there.
Bellaire is a great central location for quick day trips to Traverse City, Alden, Petoskey, Mackinaw City.
