The Space:
The condo unit itself is gorgeous and has a lot to offer! The fully furnished kitchen is new and can accommodate all your cooking and entertaining needs! The remodeled living room comes with a 55" smart TV to help stream your favorite apps, a stone fireplace (firewood included during the winter months), back deck access, comfy seating with large dining table and has the ability to easily sleep 10 with 3 full baths . There is a master suite with King size bed, TV and on suite full bath. The second bedroom has 2 Sets of Queen Bunk Beds, TV, private Full bath and a wet bar with small fridge. There is also a full bath off of the kitchen.

Guest Access:
This unit is located right next door to Shanty Creek. It is located on the lower level with a private entrance which will have a door code. There is plenty of parking space in the large parking lot right out front.

The Neighborhood:
While staying with us, you'll receive a Shanty Creek pool card, granting you access to two indoor pools, hot tubs, and an outdoor pool. Enjoy the Gorgeous Private Beach Club on Lake Bellaire, exclusively for Owners and Guests (including you)! features include:
250 feet of lake frontage featuring a hard sandy bottom and beach
A park-like setting equipped with restrooms, a kitchen, lounge chairs, gas grills with utensils, a play structure, volleyball, basketball, pickleball courts.
Bring or rent your kayak/canoe and launch from this location
Additionally, a free shuttle service through Shanty Creek is available for those traveling between Summit, Schuss, and Cedar River. (Golf, Ski)

Other Things to Note:
We provide you with a starter pack of essential supplies, including toilet paper and roll
of paper towels, garbage can liners for each garbage can and dishwasher pods for the
kitchen. A towel bundle (bath, hand towel, wash cloth) will be available in the bathroom
for each person.
If you plan on using the pool, we also have beach towels located in the unit for your use. Please do not lose the pool pass. (If lost we will have to charge a $500 replacement fee)

The property manager is available 24/7 for anything you may need.
