Pros: nice layout, good location, good internet, free parking. Cons: poor communication and broken laundry machine. The laundry appeared to work but then the clothes were soaked due to a poor spin cycle. Aside from that the clothes were not clean. I reported to then property manager and they said to just hang the clothes and they’d let me know. Shortly after they asked when we were checking out and from that point on we were ignored. 24 hours went by and our laundry was still wet and started to get a moldy smell. Expedia couldn’t get a hold of the host and provided me with compensation. If you plan on doing laundry or want customer service, avoid. There are other reviews on the internet mentioning the laundry issue but I didn’t realize it until after. There was also visible mold in the entryway.
