The apartment is on the second floor of a building without an elevator.The entrance opens into the living area which consists of a sofa, TV, and dining table. The open kitchen has an oven, microwave, kettle, juicer and toaster. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, closet, and dresser. The living room and bedroom have access to a balcony with a beautiful view of the lake. To mention some of them, Villa Melzi boasts many works of art and 18 km of paths in its garden, and Villa Serbelloni, today a conference center of the Rockefeller Foundation, features a wonderful garden as well. The old town, with its numerous shops located along narrow streets with steps, passages and arcades, is renowned all over the world and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the top of Monte San Primo, reachable with a dense network of paths and itineraries for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from Bellagio Station and a 1 hour and 20-minute drive from Orio al Serio Airport.
